Each of our therapists promote a rigorous professionalism grounded in concern and humanity, both in skilled practitioner services and professional training.

Many people recognise how it can be difficult talking to someone we know about our innermost fears and problems. It doesn’t always feel safe to do this and it can feel like we have no one to turn to. This can be quit isolating and can exacerbate difficulties. Therapy offers an opportunity for a different kind of relationship, one which explores objectively and empathically what is going on in your life and provides an opportunity for change. The therapists role is to be an active participant in the therapeutic relationship. We see therapy as a collaborative enterprise where we work together as a team.

Each therapist is required to be in clinical supervision (professional consultation) in accordance with standards set by their governing bodies. This ensures careful scrutiny of all clinical work and ensures the best possible service to clients. All therapy rooms are comfortable and the emphasis is on creating a safe and comfortable place where people feel at ease to explore issues at their own pace. We take our role seriously and regard protection and confidentiality as a priority.

“Therapy offers an opportunity for a different kind of relationship, one which explores objectively and empathically what is going on in your life and provides an opportunity for change.”
